We want you to be completely satisfied with your G FUEL experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Please note that due to the nature of our food-grade supplements, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your G FUEL tubs, stick packs, or apparel are in their original, unopened packaging and that your purchase was made within the last 30 days.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
